Where do your snacks come from?
We source our unique treats from all over the globe, including Japan, Korea, Thailand, the UK, and various countries across Europe and South America to bring you flavors you won't find in local stores.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your box ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics to bring exotic snacks to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
Are the snacks safe for people with allergies?
Many of our snacks contain common allergens such as nuts, soy, dairy, and gluten. Since labels are often in foreign languages, we recommend using a translation app or contacting us directly if you have specific dietary concerns.
How do I check the expiration dates?
Please note that many international snacks use a different date format (Day/Month/Year) or list the production date rather than the expiration date. If you are unsure about a specific product, our team is happy to help clarify.
